Who We Are
About oke4d — Built for
Malaysian Players
oke4d started with a simple belief: Malaysian players deserve a premium online gaming experience that is fast, fair, and built around their needs — from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu.
From a Small Team to Malaysia's Trusted Platform
oke4d was founded in 2017 by a group of gaming industry veterans who had one shared frustration: the online casino landscape serving Malaysian players was full of slow payouts, unreliable software, and customer support that was nowhere to be found when you needed it most. They set out to build something different.
What began as a small team operating from a single office has grown into one of Malaysia's most recognised names in online gaming. Today, oke4d serves over 850,000 registered players across the country — from busy professionals in Petaling Jaya looking for a few rounds of live casino after work, to dedicated football bettors in Penang tracking every EPL fixture and Liga Super Malaysia matchday.
Over the years, oke4d has consistently invested in three areas that matter most to players: platform stability, payout speed, and genuine customer care. While some platforms talk about fast withdrawals, oke4d makes them the norm — most Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost payouts clear within minutes, and bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, or Hong Leong Bank typically settle within the hour.
Our sportsbook covers the markets Malaysian bettors care about — EPL weekends, La Liga midweek fixtures, AFC Cup ties featuring local sides, and Liga Super Malaysia from the opening matchday through to the grand final. We do not cherry-pick the popular leagues; we go deep on every competition our players follow.
On the casino floor, our live casino partners bring authentic table game experiences streamed in high definition, 24 hours a day. From traditional Baccarat and Blackjack to Dragon Tiger and Sic Bo, there is always a seat at a table and a dealer ready to deal. Our slot library, featuring titles from the industry's most respected game studios, offers everything from classic 3-reel machines to feature-loaded video slots with verified RTP ratings.
oke4d also pioneered 4D lottery integration in the Malaysian online gaming space, giving players a single platform to manage their sports bets, casino sessions, and 4D number selections without bouncing between multiple apps or sites.

Our Mission & Core Values
Everything we build, every decision we make, comes back to six principles we have held since day one.
Player funds are held in segregated accounts. We operate transparently — if something goes wrong, we communicate it directly rather than hiding behind automated responses. Trust, once lost, is rarely recovered. We protect it obsessively.
Fast withdrawals are not a marketing line at oke4d — they are an operational commitment backed by internal SLA targets. Our finance team processes payout queues around the clock, including weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
Every feature on oke4d exists because players asked for it or we identified a genuine need. We do not add complexity for its own sake. Our platform is deliberately clean, fast-loading on Malaysian mobile networks, and intuitive from first visit.
All games on oke4d use certified random number generation (RNG) verified by independent testing labs. RTP figures are publicly disclosed for slot titles. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios where game outcomes cannot be tampered with.
We take problem gambling seriously. oke4d provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion options. Our platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. No exceptions.
Our VIP programme is not a hollow points scheme. Bronze through Diamond tier members receive tangible benefits: higher withdrawal limits, faster processing priority, birthday bonuses up to MYR 2,688, and a referral programme that rewards you for every friend you bring in.
What Malaysian Players
Can Expect from Us
Malaysia is not a generic market to us. We have spent years understanding how Malaysians bank, how they bet, and what they value in an online gaming platform. These commitments reflect that understanding.
Responsible Gambling. If gambling ever stops being fun, please reach out. Our platform includes self-exclusion tools and deposit limit controls available directly from your account dashboard. For professional support, Talian Kasih (15999) provides confidential counselling services in Malaysia. Learn more on our Responsible Gambling page. 21+ only.
Local Payment Methods, Always
We support every major payment channel Malaysians use daily — Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. We regularly review payment trends to ensure we stay current with how Malaysia transacts.
Malaysian Sports Markets, In Depth
We do not treat Liga Super Malaysia as an afterthought. Our odds team covers Malaysian domestic football with the same depth as EPL or La Liga. UFC events, Malaysian badminton tournaments, and regional esports competitions are all part of our sportsbook coverage.
Support That Speaks Your Language
Our live chat and email support teams are staffed by agents fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Whether you are writing from Bangsar, Shah Alam, or Johor Bahru, you will get a response you can understand clearly, in under 90 seconds on live chat.
No Hidden Conditions on Bonuses
Our bonus terms are written in plain English. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and validity periods are clearly stated before you opt in. We believe players deserve to know exactly what they are committing to before they accept a promotion.
Platform Stability You Can Rely On
We maintain 99.7% uptime across our platform, including during peak traffic periods such as EPL matchday evenings and major live casino sessions. Our infrastructure is hosted on redundant servers with automatic failover to prevent downtime during critical moments.
