These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and oke4d (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://oke4d.click (the "Site").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the oke4d platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, live casino, sportsbook, 4D lottery, slot games, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • Accurate Information: All registration details you provide must be accurate, complete, and your own. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

To access the Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process on the Site. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and a secure password. oke4d may require additional verification documents as part of the KYC process at any stage of your account lifecycle.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. oke4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify oke4d immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to assist you in securing your Account and investigating any unauthorised activity.

oke4d reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time, including during the registration process, before processing withdrawals, and in response to suspicious account activity. You must cooperate fully with such requests, including providing clear copies of identification documents. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restriction or suspension of your Account.

You agree to use the oke4d platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform in any manner that:

• Involves any form of cheating, collusion, abuse of bonuses, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities;
• Uses automated software, bots, artificial intelligence scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house;
• Constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Breaches any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
• Involves the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to mask your true geographic location in order to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions;

• Constitutes harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at oke4d staff, support agents, or other users.

oke4d employs monitoring systems to detect patterns of abuse, unusual betting behaviour, and technical exploits. Any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended. Funds associated with prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, reported to the relevant authorities.

oke4d supports a range of payment methods for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must be funded from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using payment methods belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party instrument will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that has previously been used for a deposit, or an alternative verified personal payment method;
• Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the Site. Current limits for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) start from MYR 50 per transaction. Bank transfer minimum withdrawals are MYR 100. Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) minimums are denominated in USDT equivalent;

General bonus conditions applicable across all oke4d promotions, unless otherwise stated, include the following:

• Each promotion is intended for personal use only. Systematic or coordinated abuse of promotional offers — including bonus hunting, arbitrage, or coordinated play between multiple Accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires MYR 2,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal of winnings is permitted;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in individual promotion terms;
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any Bonus Funds not wagered within the specified validity period will be removed from your Account automatically;
• oke4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, and to cancel bonus grants from any Account where abuse or misuse is suspected, without liability to the User;
• The Birthday Bonus (up to MYR 2,688 depending on VIP tier) and Referral Programme (MYR 38 per successful referral) are subject to their own specific eligibility and completion requirements, as set out in the respective programme terms.

All bets and wagers placed on oke4d are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game category (sportsbook, live casino, slots, 4D lottery, or other). Product-specific rules are published within each product category on the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

In placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except where specifically permitted under the relevant product rules (for example, in-play bet cancellations in specific circumstances);
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by physical game mechanics overseen by regulated live casino studios. oke4d does not manipulate game outcomes;

Without limiting the foregoing, oke4d specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of gaming profits or winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in internet connectivity;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that subsequently prove inaccurate;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, or DuitNow;
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any consequence arising from your decision to gamble using real money, including financial loss.

Where oke4d's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oke4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Detection of multiple Accounts registered to the same individual;
• Receipt of a chargeback, disputed transaction, or payment fraud claim in connection with the Account;
• Abusive conduct towards oke4d staff or other platform users.

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, oke4d reserves the right to withhold any outstanding Balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity, oke4d reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real money Balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which oke4d is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between you and oke4d regarding these Terms or your use of the platform, we strongly encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved promptly through our support channels.

If an informal resolution is not achievable, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before commencing any formal legal proceedings. oke4d's decision on matters related to the interpretation of these Terms, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.

oke4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication of the updated Terms on the Site.
